Matt is the CEO of Iniala Singapore Pte Ltd, a member of the Iniala Group. The Iniala Group designs, builds and operates luxury private hotels across Asia. Matt has previously held senior management positions in financial services, consumer electronics and publishing. He holds a BA and a Masters Degree from the University of London.  Matt has been President of the Inspirasia Foundation (formerly Annika Linden Foundation) since January 2011.

Matt is currently based in Phuket, Thailand, with his wife and two children. He is a keen photographer and enjoys travelling around the region.

Rucina came to Bali in 1974, where her first incarnation was as a student of dance, theatre and linguistics. In the mid-1980s, Rucina made Bali her permanent home, married a Balinese man, had two sons, started a Semester Abroad Program, and toured with Gamelan Sekar Jaya from California all over Bali. Since the 1990s, Rucina ran educational cultural programs for students of all ages.

After the 2002 terror bombing in Kuta, Rucina and three others created the Bali Forum to provide daily news about the aftermath on the ground to those concerned. Soon, YKIP (Yayasan Kemanusiaan Ibu Pertiwi) was organized out of a consortium of concerned citizens to help those families and individuals injured or killed in the bomb. A month later, Rucina began working with YKIP on the Trauma Counseling Project, using traditional Balinese puppetry to assist the bomb victims in the healing process. In late 2003, Rucina became the Director of YKIP, taking over from a volunteer base.

In this role, Rucina met Mark Weingard, Founder of the Inspirasia Foundation (at that time known as the Annika Linden Foundation), and a lasting partnership was formed.  Over the years, numerous local charities have been funded by Mark and the Inspirasia Foundation.

In June 2011, Rucina stepped down from her role at YKIP to become the Inspirasia Ambassador. In this role, Rucina liaises with donors, the charities and the local community and promotes the power of What IF to Bali and the world at large.

Joseph is currently based in Bali, Indonesia, as Managing Director of the Annika Linden Centre and Y HUB, the Inspirasia Foundation’s new regional centre of excellence for non profit and philanthropy work in Bali, Indonesia. 

Previously, Joseph helped manage the Mumbai-based Dasra Social-Impact social entrepreneur accelerator program with a class of 35 social entrepreneurs. In 2011, Dasra partnered with Inspirasia, sending Joseph on a solo mission to Indonesia, establishing and successfully completing the program’s first ever international pilot. 

Joseph served as press staff on Barack Obama's presidential campaign in 2008, leading to an appointment to the U.S. Department of Labor as a spokesperson for the White House "Car Czar" and key reform initiatives including health care, immigration, and Wall Street regulations.
