Kadek Feli Shows Great Improvement Thanks To YPK Bali Program

Ni Kadek Feli is a young woman from Mambal- Badung Village who is assisted by YPK Bali, one of our grantees. Kadek, who is very close to her parents, has had physical limitations since birth. This causes difficulty in communicating and movements that are different from most girls. Kadek started her rehabilitation and education program at YPK Bali when she was 10 years old. Previously, Kadek stayed at home all the time and was very shy of people other than her core family. Therefore, socialization into a new environment was very difficult.

But now Kadek has changed. She is very confident. She previously had difficulty moving because of the stiffness in her hands and feet, but now Kadek is independent enough to do various daily activities on her own. Kadek has also started to understand some basic materials such as writing words and reading one to two words. As a result, Ibu Kadek feels very grateful for the change in her child's independence in communicating and also in her daily life. Well done to YPK Bali for your great work changing people’s lives!
