meet Ram vijay- empowered with independence and confidence

Unable to complete basic tasks, Ram was completely dependent on his family. He spent most of his time in his home, a 10 foot by 10 foot room in the Dharavi slums of India. CORP identified Ram during a community visit and enrolled him in their programme for differently-abled children. 

Meet sri lestari - Biker, advocate and an inspiration

At the age of 23, Sri was involved in a motorbike accident which left her paralysed from the waist down. Believing that she had no freedom or hope of a future, she spent the next ten years in her home, scared and depressed. Her life changed forever when she was introduced to UCP RUK.

meet ni Nengah widiasih- With the right support, the sky’s the limit

Nengah contracted polio at an early age, which affected her body severely. Unable to walk upright, she could only move around on all fours. PUSPADI Bali found her when she was 11 years old, in a poor condition. They sent Nengah to undergo surgery and rehabilitation.
