When providing adaptive aids, Puspadi Bali is very focused on the independence and empowerment of persons with disabilities. Thousands of clients have been assisted and managed to become financially and socially independent. Two Puspadi clients were recently interviewed by a government radio station in Bali, RRI. Namely, Putu Eka Swadewi and Luh Putu Kariani were present and shared their experiences of how the Puspadi Bali’s mobility aid changed their lives so that they can be more productive as hotel employees and also establish a micro-business unit.

Eka has been disabled since birth and currently works in a hotel with a wheelchair. Meanwhile, Kariani, who had to lose one leg due to physical abuse by her ex husband, has now become an independent woman with a cloth bag business that she started. Eka and Kariani are just two of the thousands of clients that Puspadi Bali has supported to get mobility aids and grow independently to earn an income.
