Puspadi Bali support Dwi Purwana Yasa by Providing a Prosthetic Leg

Dwi Purwana Yasa lost one of his legs in a traffic accident when he was just three years old. He received a prosthetic leg from Puspadi Bali in 2011 and thanks to this, he got his confidence back to continue doing his favourite hobby – sports.

Dwi was selected to represent Bali in the athletics competition of shot put. He competed with athletes from all over Indonesia and won first prize (gold medal) in National Paralympic Students, Shot Put Category in Palembang, between the 30th of July and the 5th of August 2023.

This experience also included his first time travelling on a plane. He said he was very nervous during the flight, but also very excited.

He is very proud and happy with his achievement and wishes to continue to grow as an athlete.
