YPK Bali offers wellness activity for the parents of children with disability

The success of rehabilitation of children with disabilities very much depends on a mother’s presence and her support for her child with a disability. Inspirasia grantee, YPK Bali, understands that their clients’ mothers, once in a while, need some space and time for themselves, amid their routine activities in accompanying their children during rehabilitation. Supported by Hotel Como Uma Ubud, last December, YPK Bali designed an activity for their clients’ mothers to enjoy a yoga class and lunch.

Yoga helps people relax and unwind from their daily routine. YPK Bali strongly believes that improving the quality of the support system for clients with disabilities will have a major impact on the development of children with disabilities.
